Trade Partner Subcontractor Requirements

To join our preferred bidder list, trade partners must meet the following baseline requirements:

Licensing: Active Pennsylvania trade license (where required by state or municipality).
Insurance Coverage: General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance (or approved exemption certificates).
Quality Standards: Commitment to delivering inspection-ready work that complies with the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (UCC).
Communication: Ability to provide clear updates, stick to critical-path schedules, and log communication effectively.
